Cyberpunk Narrative Run
A choice-heavy sci-fi run played for the branching narrative rather than completion — mapped as a decision tree.

This one was played for the writing. I mapped the branch points as I went, which turned the playthrough into an accidental study of how narrative designers hide state behind dialogue.
Mapping the branches
Sketching the decision tree while playing revealed how few choices actually change state — and how convincingly the writing disguises that. Good narrative design is compression: maximum perceived agency for minimum branching cost.
It is the same trick good dashboards use. Show the decision, hide the machinery.
